About Andy Rose

Andy’s interest in photography dates back 35 years ago. His main areas of expertise are travel and documentary photography, with his recent trip to the Arctic culminating in an important exhibition of his work at the Mall Gallery London.

Other major exhibitions of his work have been staged at various prestigious venues such as the stately home Corsham Court in Wiltshire. Andy’s keen eye for images to which the viewer responds at an emotional level is the basis of his photographic success. His latest project has been the filming of the first series of Poldark, shot in his home town of Corsham, England. His strong sense of timing and space has meant that Andy has been able to encapsulate the mood and atmosphere of this striking 18th century story.

Future projects include a tour of India covering wildlife and society, which will be used as the basis for a showcase exhibition in autumn 2016 in London. Andy’s image processing skills mean that he can deliver his images to an exceptional standard across a wide range of media including print, canvas, greeting cards, and a variety of fabrics.
